Ordered a camera and accessories on the 10 December.Nothing has arrived.Messenging them 3 times a day to see where the goods are.No reply.

First class service!! I contacted customer services about my GoPro Max via the web chat. I spoke to Angelu who was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping to resolve my issue.
She arranged for a replacement to be sent out to me once I sent mine back via the prepaid UPS service.
I couldn't be happier with the service from Angelu and GoPro, definitely a happy customer here!!
Got a Go Pro Session Hero 4 a while back and took some videos recently and decided to download them. I downloaded the app on my computer then followed every video but could never get the videos onto my computer, couldn't find anywhere to ask for help. It used to be so simple but now its just rubish, never going to buy another one, go else where for a camera not worth it!!!
Ordered a Hero 9 on 02 May, never arrived.
After numerous phone calls to UPS and going on chat to GoPro every day, here's where it's at:
UPS confirmed they have received the item in the Depot in my city (I'm in the UK) on 5th May but apparently lost it and didn't bother starting an investigation until the 10th after me phoning up every single day to chase the late delivery.
GoPro's stance is that their "warehouse team" needs to wait 10-15 business days after investigation from UPS has officially started to take any freaking action.
This is pathetic, as a consumer I have to sit here for up to almost a month after my order was placed until they can decide to refund or re-send the item, it's just ridiculous, you would not get this from any other reputable retailer. Understand lost packages need time to investigate, but read the reviews, this happens over and over again, it's nothing new, WHY do they use UPS then if the keep loosing your packages!!
Very poor battery quality, new battery comes with 8% charge and try to read the serial number, its hidden in the battery compartment. 10 minutes uses the camera was so hot I could have cooked my egg on it. The brand well hyped-up and the camera not good as the price you pay. The website, app and updates very complicated, not user friendly. I will never buy gopro again.
I am just another customer experiencing a terrible service from GoPro.
I ordered a camera and batteries separately, batteries arrived two days later with good notification from UPS.
Still not got camera two weeks later, somebody messed the order up and it wasn’t sent, finally got notice it would be arriving today so planned my week to be at home to accept it. UPS sent late update and now won’t be arriving til tomorrow forcing another day off.
GoPro have not had the decency to apologise or offer any compensation or even sent via faster courier service.
Summary. GoPro do not care about the people who ensure they have a business and a profit, namely customers.
I will never use again and would advise others not to as well.
Endless request for call back. When they call back there's nobody there... it's just their way of saying they've called. It's utter bs.
Garbage. Trash. Rubbish. Take your pick. All are applicable to the utter tripe software and firmware on your average GoPro. Don't buy one unless you want an expensive paperweight to throw at the nearest wall in frustration. The Android GoPro software is good at one thing, displaying a message stating, The application has cancelled the request to choose a device.
scam alert. I bought a gopro bundle which came with subscription. They don't refund your subscription if you return the product as they make two separate transaction for gopro and the subcription.
Before gopro ask me to contact the customer service or ask for the order number: Here is the list of date I contacted them.

9 feb - return case 09219493 created
10 feb - gave it to UPS drop off point
19 feb - according to UPS delivered
23 feb, 15 mar, 23 march- contacted gopro and told refund is in process
15 mar - ticket created.
20 mar and 27 mar - told refund is in process
I have contacted more than 6 times and its already 1 and half months since you got your product back. It takes around 5 minutes to get connected by the chat, 10-12 minutes just to check the status
after I give my order number and its always the same reply -"oh, we are so sorry, but we are still processing your refund". Processing the refund for last one and half months? And I ask when will I get the refund.
they reply-"Wait forever".
During these conversations I was told I would be contacted by their team with a update, but I have never been contacted by their team. It's always me cashing them.
Already wasted 3-4 hours of my life time contacting your useless customer service team. you can keep the money. well done on successfully looting my money.
I also contacted them through twitter as well. As usual they asked for order number and a silent treatment.
Talking to their customer service is like talking to the wall.
Customer service and the service you receive after the purchase is not worth buying it.

I have had several GoPro's in the past. At the time they were some kind of novelty, but competition like DJI caught up well and truely. Nonetheless, I changed my Hero 8 for a Hero Black 9, as there was an offer online to get one year free Cloud service and a carrying case. I sold my Hero 8 and installed the Hero 9 in my account. I had my GoPro app with built in cloud service with Apple, so cancelled that. Did not get the promised free year of subscription, as GoPro customer service states I should have read the fine print. That literally states that loyal, existing paying customers do not qualify for the free year !! Incredible. There is not much to add about the camera, no improvement compared to older versions and still no zoom. If you want to use other lenses and filters, you better buy a backpack. The competition has this all built in. It has now a coloured screen on the front for selfies that you better switch off as it eats your battery and the touch screen is so insensitive, that it is not useable. I bought an Osmo, am 150% happy with that, and the GoPro brick is now for sale from me.
I recently ordered the Hero 9, I received the handle bars without the camera via UPS. Since then I have constantly contacted customer service since 12/23 regarding the missing camera. I received the handlebars but no camera. I have been disregarded, shuffled and ignored. I am extremely frustrated/angry that I have paid my money and did not receive the camera. I have an open claim and have submitted all supporting information regarding the missing camera. Customer service has done nothing but give me the run around and unkept promises. I am out of $400 dollars.

They respond to your request for a call back, but they do not follow through with your request. They continue to use the excuse of "waiting to hear back from the warehouse".

You cant you have to complete a contact me page on their web site and they will not call you back
